In running and maintaining our website and clinic. We may collect information provided voluntarily by you. e.g when you complete a contact form/booking an appointment/ ordering from our  online store providing your name, email, telephone number and other personal information.

  3. We may need to contact you by phone in relation to any appointments booked or orders made. We will never contact you by phone for marketing purposes.

Information processed in clinic and online. 

When you order from our website, submit a contact form or book an appointment we need to record your personal sensitive information to enable us to process your order effectively,  respond to your enquiries and book your appointment.   The information we collect includes name, address, date of birth, email address, contact telephone number and medical history.  All payments details entered on to the online shop/booking site are processed by third parties through secure servers. Payments  are  processed via payment merchants Stripe, Klarna and Sum UP.  You can view how these companies  process your data by accessing their privacy policy at checkout or by visiting the providers  website directly.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure.  Therefore have ensured all information provided/collected on our website is stored on a encrypted HTTPS secure server.  Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL this site has a SSL certificate and can be verified at checkout .   The transmission of information via the internet is not 100% secure.  Although we will do our best to safeguard your personal data and have the above measures in place we cannot guarantee the the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk.

We use a  third party appointment booking service (ANS) and third party payment merchants which are linked to  and from this website.  These companies hold their own privacy policies  which can be accessed by clicking on the privacy policy links within their websites.   We do not have any control over third party policies or procedures.  We are NOT responsible for the privacy  or contents to those sites.  Melissa Aesthetics recommends you review their policies before you provide any personal information or complete any transaction.
