Booking Policy terms & conditions

A *non-refundable* £30 booking fee is required for all appointments. The booking fee is redeemable from the overall cost of treatment providing the terms of the booking policy have been met. Please ensure your personal details are entered correctly especially your email address as all correspondence in relation to your appointment will be sent via email.

Booking fees paid are redeemable from the price treatment on the day of your procedure. We understand sometimes emergencies do occur therefore we do allow you to reschedule your appointment and transfer your booking fee to an alternative date (max of 1 occasion), as long as 48hrs notice has been given. You will receive a reminder email before your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please click the cancel/ reschedule button within your appointment confirmation email. Please note the booking fee will be retained for cancelled appointments. It is your responsibility to reschedule your appointment within in the specified time frame.

IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE.
Please inform us as soon as possible, Please note if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment we may not be able see you and may need to cancel your appointment.

NEW PATIENTS
Treatments are carried out at the Nurse discretion. If we feel you have previously been over treated or for any reason not suitable for treatment, we have the right to decline treatment in this instance the booking fee will be retained. We strongly recommend you book a consultation before booking treatment. If you are a new patient and have underlying health conditions / allergies/taking medication please book under new patient consultation before booking treatment.
BOTOX REVIEW APPOINTMENTS
Review appointments are carried out 2-3 weeks after your initial treatment but no later than 4 weeks. Review appointments within 4 weeks of original appointment occur no charge. If you have missed your review appointment and it is more than 4 weeks that has lapsed toxin administered during review will be chargeable. We can not be held accountable for covid-19 restrictions/ lockdowns causing missed anti-wrinkle review appointments as these measures are completely out of our control.
RECENT COVID-19 INFECTION
You must wait 3 weeks from testing negative before you can have any dermal filler treatments **this only applies to dermal fillers**

CHILDREN
No Children under the age of 14 years old are allowed into the clinic due to health and safety.

DISABILITY ACCESS
The clinic is on the upper floor which is only accessible by stairs there is no lift access.
Under the age of 25 years
By law you must be over the age of 18 for any injectable aesthetic treatments please bring with you photo identification in the form of a passport or driving licence photo card, if you are 25 or under. you may be asked to provide this during consultation. If you are asked to present identification and do not have it with you the nurse practitioner has the right to refuse treatment.
**No shows**
If you simply do not attend your treatment appointment and we have received no prior notice from you, all future booking requests should be made via email. If you select an appointment online the appointment will only be authorised on the receipt of payment. It is at the discretion of the nurse practitioner whether your booking will be confirmed *please note* in this instance the full price of treatment may need to be paid prior to your appointment and is non-refundable.

Pre paid treatments/ Discounted Courses of treatments.
The treatments are only discounted on the provision that you complete the course/ treatment plan. If you decide you would like to cancel the course/ treatment plan and request a refund for treatments not yet had. Treatments already carried will be charged at full price and deducted from the overall refund. On cancellation of any pre booked upcoming appointments a cancellation fee of £30 will be deducted for each appointment cancelled this also will be deducted from the overall refund.
